Trace of Silver

Finally I am able to publish my new favorite open front cardigan! The pattern is called Trace of Silver. The cardigan is a collaboration with Lanitium ex Machina yarns, and worked in their Merino DK Twist in colorway Sterling. Which is a perfect grey colorway, just the way a grey should be.

The cardigan is seamlessly (as my patterns always are) worked from top down with raglan sleeve shaping. The fun part in this cardigan are the eyelet increases on fronts and back which give the cardigan its final shape and look. It can be worn in versatile ways, fasten the fronts with a shawl pin or wear it open. I am fond of open front cardigans, since they give lots of possibilities to wear different layered outfits.

The pattern is initially available only with over 30 €'s purchase from Lanitium ex Machina's web shop until 10th of October (2015). They will ship the yarn worldwide. The pattern will be available for individual purchase later on my Ravelry Store.

Vihdoinkin saan julkaista tämän uuden lempineulettakini nimeltään Trace of Silver. Takki on tehty yhteistyössä Lanitium ex Machinan kanssa, neulottu heidän Merino DK Twist langallaan värissä Sterling. Joka on täydellinen harmaa, juuri sellainen kuin harmaan täytyy ollakin.

Takki neulotaan saumattomasti (kuinkas muutenkaan) ylhäältä alas raglan-hihoilla. Hauskan rytmin neulomiseen antavat langankierolisäykset edessä ja takana, jotka antavat takille sen muodon. Takkia voi pitää monella tapaa, joko edestä avoinna tai kiinnittää rintaneulalla. Pidän erityisesti edestä avoimista neuletakeista, koska ne antavat paljon mahdollisuuksia eri asuvaihtoehdoille. Alle voi pukea melkein mitä kerroksia vain.
